Naughty Nachos
Super easy

Nachos are a great treat as an appetizer or served on their own. An easy dish to whip up and it lends itself to all sorts of tweaks so add what you like or what you have on hand.

Ingredients ssss

For 2 Person(s)


1 Bag Restaurant style nacho chips (the small ones get soggy)
2 tbsp Salsa (tomato or tomitalio)
1/2 red pepper diced (half inch pieces)
1 cup Cooked chicken (shredded)
1/4 cup Red onion sliced thin
2 servings of weed
1/2 cup cheese grated (monterey jack)
Anything else you like

Naughty Nachos Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Line a baking sheet with some parchment paper
  3. Spread out the nachos so coverage is consistent. No holes and you don't want nachos piled on top of nachos.
  4. Add your topping such as salsa, red peppers, red onion, shredded chicken, weed. Take it easy on the salsa or your chips can get soggy. Hot peppers, other meats, veg can be used.
  5. Top with cheese and pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes
  6. Once the cheese is melted and everything is heated through remove from the oven and slide on to a plate (with  the parchment paper) to serve.

Recipe notes

This works very well, should start feeling the effect of this in under an hour.
